You might have seen our advertisements for FREE invitations and you’re probably wondering to yourself “What is that all about?” I know when I have specials offered to me, I want to know the whole story. I figured I’d take the time to do a little story telling of Dunhill’s FREE invitations incentive when you register your wedding with 5 paid tuxedo rentals or more.

With formal invitations, you want the invitation to explain the who, what, when, and where of the ceremony. You need a reception card to explain the where and when of the Reception as well as a response card to give to your guests to in order to R.S.V.P to the event. With our free invitation offer, WE BUY THE INVITATIONS. You purchase the reception and response cards. Any quantity, as long as the invitations reception and response cards are the same quantity. NO REBATE POLICY, we take the money off at purchase. It usually ends up about a 50%-60% value.

We do have some invitations that we offer 30% off of and are not included in our free invitation offer. This does not mean that we have 3 free invitations and the rest are 30% off. This offer is to benefit you. We have plenty and I mean PLENTY of free invitations. I always tell customers not to shy away from these invitations because you get 30% off of each item, not the grand total.

When you walk into our stores, you will see our 38 mannequins on our storefront, as you pass them you will see our invitation corner which holds over 40 albums. Wedding invitations, shower invitations, Party invitations, programs, napkins, thank yous, favors and even more. While this can be a little overwhelming, our Dunhill girls have been through these books before, and would be more than happy to help you locate your style of invitation. We are also willing to help you work within your budget and find your perfect, unique to you, affordable invitation.

We do ask that you look through our books and have the option of checking out two books of your liking to take home. That way you can get opinions of mom, bridesmaids, fiances and also make all of you decisions of the font, format, font imprint color and wording. Don’t worry if you’re already feeling overwhelmed before you actually get here and crack open a book, we give you an “invitation homework” page to take home with you which goes through, reminds and helps you of all of your decisions. We do ask you make an appointment to place your invitation order with us. However, no appointment needed to just come browse at our invitation albums.

You should order your invitations around 3 months of more before your wedding. Once ordered, your invitations come in 7-10 days and should be sent out to your guest 6 weeks ahead of time to people within town and 8 weeks ahead of time to guests out of town.
